Yesterday, to mark World Suicide Prevention Day, our Veterans Matters committee hosted a panel session in partnership with Head Up Charity, a mental health charity.   Head Up founder Paul William Minter was joined by Team MARDUK, who recently completed a 3,000 mile unsupported charity row across the Atlantic Ocean, to discuss the charity, their unique experiences, and the importance of resilience.   The session provided a fantastic opportunity to learn more about mental health, the struggles faced by service leavers, as well as prevention and intervention strategies.   A big thank you to our Liberty Specialty Markets team Tom Tollemache and Peter Bailey for organising such an important event.   Find out more here: https://lnkd.in/eSF6bjW   #Veterans #Inclusion #Insurance
