🌟 Reflecting on an incredible off-site in Sarlat with our amazing team performance #TP! 🌿 These two days were not only a fantastic opportunity to strengthen bonds, particularly between our Paris and Bordeaux teams, and between the Data and User Acquisition departments, but also a crucial time for me to gather feedback on our communication, roadmap, and team strategy. The insights gained are invaluable and will help us improve and excel. A huge thank you to Luni and Adrien M. for this precious opportunity to reconnect before the estival break and to lay the groundwork for exciting projects in September. Our innovative ideas are shaping up to be very promising! We wrapped up our stay with an energetic outdoor laser tag session, reminding us that competitiveness can also be a powerful team driver 💪 I'm extremely grateful to be part of such a united and dynamic team. The main goal was to worked on trending topics, speed up the iteration process and let everyone be part of it, by aggregating all the good ideas every member of the team can have 🤸♀️ We embraced the challenge of tackling problems under time constraints, which sharpens decision-making and problem-solving abilities. At Luni we believe in commemorating the Women's Rights Day, celebrated every 8th of March, an international day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women along history ✨ To mark this occasion, at beginning of March, we launched a series of videos to highlight our talents within Luni 🎥 🎤 We have interviewed 4 women to better understand their vision in evolving as a woman in our current society and in the tech environment.
