Donating furniture to SUD OISE RECYCLERIE: a socially responsible and sustainable initiative ♻️   We are convinced that the circular economy cannot be fully successful without a strong social impact. This is why we have initiated a partnership with SUD OISE RECYCLERIE to give a second life to some of the furniture collected via our Circular Hub.   👉 In just a few months, we've already carried out two donation operations. The furniture, although perfectly usable, did not meet our criteria for being placed in stock: quantities were too small, specific colours or brands, etc.     🌱 These products thus find a second life in the recycling centre, sold at a solidarity price, while helping to finance the salaries of the employees. The majority of Sud Oise Recyclerie's employees are on work-integration schemes, reinforcing our commitment to social inclusion. The integration of Findel into Manutan: a collaborative success 🚀   Since Findel joined the Manutan family, we have put in place a structured framework to facilitate team integration and maximise synergies between our areas of expertise.  Thanks to this approach, we have been able to coordinate our efforts on several fronts, particularly in enhancing our offering and managing direct purchasing.   🤝 This fluid collaboration between our English and French teams allows us to constantly exchange ideas, learn from each other and build a real common culture, while respecting our specificities.     It's a wonderful human adventure that's only just begun! Objective: to reduce the impact of our packaging 📦    Our commitment to reducing our environmental impact is also reflected in simple but significant actions, such as optimising our cardboard packaging. 🚀  🎯 Our approach :  👉 Using kraft tape made from 100% recycled and recyclable materials to secure our parcels: that's around 40,000 parcels shipped every month!  👉 Introduction of two formats of height-reducing cartons to minimise empty space, reducing the use of cushioning materials. 📉  👉 Ongoing training of our teams to maximise the use of recyclable materials and rationalise consumption. For example, a single strip of adhesive is all that's needed to ensure that parcels are securely closed. 🛠️ 💡 Our aim: to pack our products with recycled and recyclable materials in cartons adapted to the volume, while maintaining quality right through to the end customer 🌱  We are aware that there is a long way to go to achieve fully sustainable packaging, but this is one more step towards a better planet 🌍💚 Alexis ROYER, PHILIPPE THERY, bensani rachid, Faustine Latronche, Gaëtan BESNOIN 

🎥 Manutan Group production presents... A plenary session led BY and FOR our employees under the banner of our corporate responsibility!  🎬 This was the challenge taken up by more than twenty Manutan France employees, dressed in their finest (it's not every day you get to attend the Oscars Manutan-style! 🏆). And it was a tall order (and a resounding success 🤚):  Presenting to + 6️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ their colleagues, present on site for the occasion, the projects being carried out throughout the company which aim to contribute to a more sustainable planet, a fairer society and a more responsible model. 🎨 Our Findel subsidiary officially takes on the Manutan colours! 🎉 We are delighted to celebrate an important milestone in the integration of Findel into the Manutan Group 👊 👉 For the past six months, we've been working to align the two structures and this week we deployed Manutan's visual identity and our values within the premises, illustrating a real rapprochement between our teams. We're proud to be strengthening cohesion around our shared values: passion, ambition, courage and care 🙌

📢 PAPETERIES PICHON joins the FRET21 program! 🌍     After Manutan France, Casal Sport and Manutan Collectivités, it's Papeteries Pichon's turn to commit to reducing transport-related greenhouse gas emissions 🎯     🔎 FRET21, what's that ?    It's a program supported by the French Ministry of Ecology that encourages companies to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.     With a target of -22%, actions will focus on three main areas: optimizing loading rates, responsible purchasing and more sustainable modes of transport 🚚🌱     All our French subsidiaries are committed, and the initial results are encouraging:     ✅ Manutan Collectivités starts its first year with - 3.4% (target - 5% by 2026)    ✅ Manutan France records -9.4% over the last two years (target -7% by 2025)    ✅ Casal Sport outperforms with -20% in two years (target -5% by 2025)     Another step towards our goal of zero net emissions!  🏃♀️ A sports and solidarity adventure in Nepal for our employee Cynthia Guérin!       Services Coordinator at Manutan Collectivités, Cynthia took up an incredible challenge with three friends: to take part in the Sénégazelle in Nepal, a 100% women's race that combines sport and solidarity.       👉Their mission? To bring school supplies to local schools 🖊️📚    Thanks to the support of Manutan Collectivités and PAPETERIES PICHON, who generously donated 100 kg of school equipment, Cynthia and her team were able to distribute supplies to over 2,000 children in remote schools.     This unique experience, marked by strong moments of sharing and emotion, will remain engraved in her memory.
