The Mauxion family dates back to at least 1575 when Pierre Mauxion was born in the village of Houlette in the heart of Cognac region. In 1743, Antoine Mauxion was the first of the family to begin distilling eaux de vie from the family’s 50-hectare vineyard property. Mauxion Selection is the legacy of the brand registered by Charles Mauxion “CM” in 1865, when he was trading wine and eaux de vie from the family vineyard and cognac region. Today, Thibault Mauxion, the 13th generation of the family, continues the tradition... MAUXION Selection offers you the opportunity to discover some cognac treasures coming from single cru in cask strength and without any blend. After a long maturation these cognacs acquired the noblest aromas for your own pleasure.
