Medic’Air was founded in 1991 by a team of medical doctors specialized in handling emergency cases. We propose medical and air ambulance services of the highest quality. As an independent company, we offer a worldwide service to fulfill your needs with the help of our two 24 hours operating call centers. We have one center in Paris, France and another in Shanghai, China. The medical services we offer vary on a wide range; from assuring the on-site presence of a medical team during particular events to evacuation to and from anywhere in the world. We also propose our services in case of crisis situations, in terms of managing and consulting. At Paris and Shanghai Operations our medical supervisors are on duty day and night to follow each request as closely as possible to optimize the conditions of the care we offer to the patients and to deal with your constraints. For more than 20 years, our medical doctors and registered nurses have been operating day and night to evacuate patients who are in a critical or life-treating condition or they propose their medical service during major events. As a service provider for international assistance companies, Medic’Air is called upon for the most complicated evacuations of utmost urgency. We are also contacted in case high quality services are requested. For each request the supervising medical doctor who is on duty decides on the feasibility of the mission by analysing the clinical condition of the patient, the quality of local medical care and the possible risks inherent to any evacuation. Our medical doctors are all specialized in outer hospital medicine (emergency medicine, aeronautical medicine, assistance medicine). They choose the best moment for the evacuation to take place and with their help we propose you the most appropriate mean to evacuate the patient.
