If you don't, you really need to read this post (and admire the culinary creations featured in the attached pictures) to learn more about the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Quattro Passi. "Quattro Passi" is a family-owned restaurant located in Nerano, on the Amalfi Coast, and its paterfamilias is Antonio (Tonino) Mellino.Tonino will be joining us, once again, as a judge of the 2025 MYBA Superyacht Chefs' Competition and to say that he is highly qualified for the job is an understatement. He was born in Argentina, spent some time working on cruise ships but made his home in Nerano where he opened his own restaurant and earned his first star in 2000. The second star came in 2011 and the coveted third, in 2023, was the result of the whole family's commitment to excellence. The Mellino philosophy has remained unchanged over the years: using the best seasonal ingredients to prepare dishes that are simple, delicious and full of flavour.
