    How are major retailers and brands optimizing the cost of their returns program? This year, our customers have implemented tactics like: ✅ Consolidated returns shipping, collecting returned items at a local drop-off point like Kohl’s or FedEx Office, to swiftly be transported to the final destination with up to 90% savings on shipping rates. ✅ Multi-label generation for return shipping, creating a shipping label for each item in a returned order to send them to different destinations. ✅ Return-to-vendor shipping, sending returned items directly to the dropshipper or vendor.
