Noctua Care a republié ceci
Revolutionizing Cardiology Care: All Eyes on the USA? 🫀🇺🇸 As the world watches the U.S. and its new President-elect, pitching Noctua Care to the dynamic Stanford Angels of France community in Paris alongside Alexander was a real privilege 🎤 Sharing our vision with such an influential community —two years after our initial meetings in the Bay Area and early interviews with cardiologists at Stanford University School of Medicine— was an unforgettable experience, and a clear reminder of the vast opportunities in the U.S. With 48% of adults affected by cardiovascular diseases, over a million heart attacks annually (compared to 100k in France), and a staggering $1,000 average monthly insurance premium (vs. €100 in France), the U.S. stands as both a high-need and high-opportunity market. For any e-health startup in cardiology, it’s a dream destination. The question isn’t why, but how soon? Of course, the U.S. market’s scale is matched by its complexity. It’s fragmented, intensely competitive, and lacks the streamlined reimbursement pathways that make France’s system so attractive. Success here means navigating these waters strategically—being the shark, not just another fish in the vast ocean. 🦈 France, on the other hand, provides a unique launchpad. Home to some of the world’s brightest AI minds, thanks to institutions like École Polytechnique, ENS Ulm, and MVA at ENS Paris Saclay, France fuels innovation with talent and forward-thinking policy. 🧠 Here, AI scientists might start their careers with a €60k salary—while their U.S. counterparts command $250k+ in the Bay Area. Add in France’s JEI status, R&D tax credits, and Bpifrance funding, and you get a model ecosystem where one euro in equity can often be doubled with non-dilutive support 💸. It’s a foundation we’re building on with pride. Our mission? To create France’s best-in-class cardiology care pathway—and when that’s achieved, we’ll be more than ready to set our sights overseas. 🚀 A heartfelt thanks to Paulo Castañon, Djalil Reghis, Yazid Aksas, and Rand Gerges-Yammine for hosting us at this stellar 8th pitch session alongside TorqueAGI, deestree and Djaayz by Cathy GUETTA. Here's to scaling new heights in global cardiology care! #cardiology #ehealth #innovation P.S. : Yet, to stay true to our alma matter : Go Bears! 🐻
