Nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir Valerie Castellani Lincontang, Directrice scientifique d’Oncofactory, société du groupe ERBC, à l’occasion du #petitdéjeunerduPSCC qui a eu lieu mardi 15 octobre sur le thème : Need to know early if your oncology /IO drug candidate has a good chance of success. Valérie Castellani a présenté la plateforme (AVI-PDX) qui s'appuie sur une technologie utilisant des modèles tumoraux dérivés de patients implantés dans des embryons aviaires. Elle a ainsi démontré la capacité de ce modèle à offrir des données prédictives et rapides sur l'efficacité des thérapies anticancéreuses en seulement quelques jours.
