Hi everyone, I am Ruobing R.! I joined the Orange Graduate Program in October 2023, starting as a carbon footprint modeling expert at OINIS in Paris. Today, I’m working as an Account Manager for French customers in Orange Business China, and I am thoroughly enjoying this new adventure personally and professionally. The Orange Graduate Program has given me the opportunity to explore different roles, test new domains, and acquire new skills. This flexibility is invaluable, as I thrive on embracing new challenges. In the next three years, I envision myself growing within Orange Business, contributing to innovative and sustainable projects alongside a supportive team. The most exciting aspect of my journey has been relocating from Paris to Shanghai. This transition has introduced me to a completely different environment filled with new challenges, allowing me to meet diverse individuals and to learn continuously. I feel fortunate to have had supportive managers at both OINIS and Orange Business, who have instilled trust in me. They serve as role models, guiding me through my professional journey and inspiring me to reach my potential. I would tell my younger self: "If you want it, you can achieve it. Listen to your heart, trust yourself, and pursue what truly inspires you, even if it may be difficult. Life is full of surprises, so don't be afraid of testing new things.

Hi, I am Miyo Chia! I am an Account Manager at Orange Business Singapore. My journey at Orange Business has been incredibly rewarding. I have gained invaluable exposure to various aspects of business operations and sales. Each day presents new challenges that enhance my skills and strengthen my professional growth. Orange Business has been highly supportive of my career development through the Kickstart program, a structured initiative designed for fresh graduates. Looking ahead, I envision myself evolving in my role as an Account Manager, aiming to deepen my sales expertise, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The most exciting part of my journey at Orange Business has been the Sales Kickoff in Beijing this year. This experience was not only an opportunity to connect with colleagues, leaders, and partners from across APAC but also a chance to immerse myself in the company’s vision and goals. Throughout my journey, my manager, William Tan, has been a significant role model and mentor. His support has been invaluable as I navigated the complexities of starting a career in sales. If I could offer advice to my younger self, it would be to embrace courage and boldness. I would encourage myself to take risks, ask questions, and seek out learning opportunities without hesitation.
