Cancer vaccines could play an increasingly important role in the future, as outlined in this article from PharmaVoice. OSE Immunotherapeutics is developing a cancer vaccine, and is one of the most advanced - if not the most advanced - in its space. The United States Adopted Name (USAN) Council has just approved the nonproprietary (generic) name "pegrizeprument" for its lead transplant candidate, VEL-101, a novel investigational maintenance immunosuppressive agent. Licensed from OSE Immunotherapeutics in 2021, pegrizeprument has the potential to improve transplant care worldwide.
