Ce verrou limite la flexibilité et l'évolutivité, les organisations devenant dépendantes d'un seul fournisseur pour l'ensemble de leur écosystème du bâtiment.   📈Capacités d'intégration limitées: Les systèmes de GTB peuvent avoir des capacités d'intégration limitées avec les autres systèmes du bâtiment, tels que l'éclairage, le CVC, le contrôle d'accès et la sécurité.
