At Parfums Christian Dior, we celebrate women's empowerment.   Following March 8th, on International Women's Day, and for a full week, we celebrated the women who embody Monsieur Dior's dream and make our House shine, whether they are muses or employees. With 78% of women at Parfums Christian Dior, we are proud of this heritage and diversity.  Throughout this past week, amazing moments have marked our teams: workshops, conferences, and coaching sessions led by women with inspiring, courageous, and motivating journeys, such as Eva Jospin, Laura Lesueur, Mina Kavani, and Sarah Barukh.   For over 75 years, women have played a central role in the history and success of our House. A fortune teller predicted to Christian Dior: "Women will be beneficial to you, and it is through them that you will succeed." This prediction has shaped our destiny and Dior's vision to make women not only more beautiful but happier.  This celebration also reaffirmed our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and sisterhood, echoing the ambition of the LVMH group. On this occasion, we also had the honor of welcoming Vanessa Moungar, Group Diversity & Inclusion Director LVMH.
