Cette matinée a été l'occasion d’échanger autour des challenges, des bonnes pratiques et idées - afin d’instaurer une véritable culture du cash au sein d’une entreprise. ▶ Évangéliser l’ensemble des équipes (commerciales, marketing, opérations, techniques) à l’importance stratégique de la gestion du cash pour améliorer les liquidités, les placements financiers, la visibilité et prédictibilité des prévisionnels de paiement et donc “la bonne santé" financière de l’entreprise. ▶ Éduquer sur des aspects essentiels et opérationnels liés aux flux sortants - notamment lors des achats et des paiements : négociation en amont des conditions d'achat, des devises des contrats, des échéances de paiement.
