    🔬 Spotlight on Karsten Müller from Mercedes-Benz AG We are excited to announce that Karsten Mueller from Mercedes-Benz will be presenting at our upcoming conference on the topic: "Eccentricity of Radial Flux Machines Simulated in 2D and 3D." In this insightful session, Karsten will delve into the impact of eccentricity on the Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) behavior of electrical machines. He will explore how static and dynamic eccentricities, often caused by misalignment, influence noise emission and fault patterns. Karsten will showcase advanced electromagnetic simulations using the Maxwell Stress Tensor (MST) to analyze radial forces. His presentation will compare the effects of different skewing configurations and angles through both 2D and 3D finite-element (FE) simulations.
