Robertet S.A. was founded in Grasse in 1850 and is the world leader in natural products. Based in France and majority family-owned since its creation, the Robertet Group is still controlled by the Maubert family and is the only fragrance, flavour and ingredient company that is fully integrated throughout the entire creative process, from source to final fragrance or flavour. Today, the Robertet Group is represented in more than 50 countries, has more than 2,200 employees worldwide and offers its customers a range of more than 1,350 natural materials and products created in one of its 14 global creation centers. In 2022, the Robertet Group will have achieved a global net turnover in excess of 700 million euros. Natural raw materials Robertet supplies natural ingredients for the flavoring and perfume industries as well as the active ingredients used in health and beauty products. Its expertise ranges from sourcing plants to industrial processes of extraction, hydro-distillation, purification, and molecular distillation, as well as CO2 extraction, combining its methods and knowhow with tradition and innovation. Fragrances Through its staff of perfumers, researchers, evaluators, application and marketing specialists, Robertet explores the world of unique olfactory emotions and develops high quality perfumes. Flavors Since the Group has a thorough knowledge of the flavor cultures specific to each continent, its flavorists evaluate the ability of their creations to meet the customer’s requirements with the help of customized sensory panels. Active ingredients The Group’s new Health & Beauty Division is backed by the nutricosmetics of Hitex and Bionov to explore the health and beauty benefits of natural ingredients.

    At Robertet, we believe art, fashion, and fragrance are intimately connected. This year, we're celebrating the Rose with a unique event at the The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, specially designed for our valued customers. Our Robertet US team has orchestrated a tailor-made event to unveil the beauty of art and the Rose. For this occasion, our perfumers created three exclusive fragrances. The first, Thorn Again by Jerome EPINETTE is a futuristic rose that reveals the potential of clothing, inspired by "Sleeping Beauties" with Rose of Grasse and iris butter. Jerome Epinette notes, "THORN AGAIN is my vision for what we will learn from our FUTURING NATURALS partnership with Interstellar Lab and the roses we plan to plant in our Biopod in Grasse in 2024." The other two fragrances, Rosycycle and Roseland, were created by Elena Valdivieso Ruiz. Rosycycle is a result of our upcycling program using Rose Damascena, while Roseland is Fair For Life certified and made from Turkish Rose Damascena. Our ethical business charter, introduced in 2017 and updated in 2022, guarantees legally compliant trading. By signing the United Nations Global Compact in 2020, renewed in 2023, we have strengthened our ethical commitments, particularly in favor of human rights. The Compact brings together organizations around ten key principles: human rights, international labor standards, the environment and anti-corruption. To ensure the implementation of our Code of Conduct and Ethics Charter, we are members of Sedex. This platform enables us to monitor our value chain on social, environmental and ethical issues. Over 70% of our top 50 suppliers share their CSR information via Sedex Advance. We also carry out audits with independent third-party organizations according to the SMETA 4-pillar standard.     At Robertet, we are committed to reducing CO2 emissions from our processes and supply chain, while strengthening climate resilience and contributing to the well-being of local communities.   For many years, the Group has been investing in carbon reduction projects throughout our value chain. This approach has enabled us to reduce our carbon intensity by 14% between 2020 and 2023, thanks to continuous improvement in our industrial processes.   Our efforts are also focused on reducing scope 3 GHG emissions, notably by optimizing raw material purchasing and transport. We favor sustainable agricultural practices that emit less CO2, such as organic farming, and we work to preserve and restore forests.
