A huge congratulations to the entire team and to our client, St William at Berkeley Group Plc. Tracy Meller, Senior Director, RSHP: "We are delighted to win the WAF Future Project Residential Award for this exciting scheme, which will regenerate a previously inaccessible corner of Bethnal Green and breathe new life into a section of the Regents Canal walkway that has been closed for over 100 years. Delivering over 550 new homes on a brownfield site, this project raises the bar for gasholder re-development, demonstrating what can be achieved with good design and a client’s commitment to delivering quality." Graham Stirk, Senior Director, RSHP: “I’m delighted our design for Regent’s View has been recognised by WAF. Our proposal celebrates the historical industrial heritage of the site. The importance of preserving the historic gasholder frames is that they justify a particular form of urbanism that is not the norm. Congratulations to Eva Jiřičná on being awarded Czech Republic’s highest honour. Ivan Harbour, Director, RSHP. "When I worked very briefly with Eva at the outset of my career on Lloyd’s of London, I revered her as an exceptionally talented and sensitive designer. Over the subsequent 40 years, without compromising her beliefs, this talent has been consistent across all her work. By awarding her the Order of the White Lion, the Czech Republic not only celebrates the artistic and cultural contribution she has made to her country of birth but also gives recognition to Eva as a vanguard for architects, globally."

14a Konstitucijos Ave design concept insight with project lead, Jack Evans-Newton: “What is striking about Vilnius is the juxtaposition of buildings from different periods, whereby two storey wooden houses, Baroque churches, grand Neo-classical ensembles, Modernist buildings and sparkling new glass high-rise buildings sit next to each other. Between these buildings, streets, avenues, and piazzas create a vibrant city for people to enjoy. 🎥On site with Jack Evans-Newton in Vilnius, project lead on the New Business Centre at 14a Konstitucijos Ave. 14a Konstitucijos Ave (https://lnkd.in/eZxDRjkj) RSHP’s first project in the Baltics, is currently in construction: starting on site in January, with the ground slab installation underway, and the superstructure expected to begin by the end of 2024. The new 7-storey business centre is targeting the highest BREEAM "Outstanding" sustainability certification and a Lithuanian A++ energy class. It will provide an area of more than 19,000 sqm, with catering, retail and service premises on the ground floor, and 16,000 sqm of office space on the upper floors.
