We are often asked if #FFX facet cages can cause a loss of #lordosis, or even kyphosis, similar to what is observed with interspinous devices? 📢 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘆 🔬 SC MEDICA is thrilled to announce the publication of the latest #FFX study in the 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹.    A long-term study on 112 patients with Lumbar Spinal #Stenosis compares the 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 and 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 of the #𝗙𝗙𝗫® 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗲 versus traditional Pedicle Screw fixation. The findings: ✅ 𝟵𝟭% 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 at 2 years post-op with FFX® ✅ 𝗟𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲: 3.6% with FFX® vs. 10.7% with Pedicle Screws, particularly due to reduced adjacent segment degeneration ✅ 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 of +3.7mm on average with FFX® These results underscore that FFX® offers a 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 but equally 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 alternative to traditional pedicle screw fixation for this selected patient population.
