The vast terrace surrounds the Yacht Club, offering panoramic views of the sea, helipad and sailing boats. [REFERENCE] Retour en images sur la résidence « Clos Azur » à Hyères-les-Palmiers située Boulevard Maréchal Juin. Les équipes Promogim Var ont eu le plaisir de livrer 60 logements en accession libre à nos clients et 25 logements sociaux à notre partenaire Grand Delta Habitat. Hyères-les-Palmiers est une station balnéaire réputée de la Côte d’Azur, reconnue pour ses 300 jours d’ensoleillement et son cadre de vie. Ville touristique, elle est au cœur d’un bassin économique majeur, avec ses commerces, écoles et transports. L’architecture, conçue par André Rossello, se distingue par des lignes sobres et contemporaines avec des façades habillées de parement de pierres autour d’une agréable placette avec fontaine, oliviers et palmiers.
