SkillMapper is building the future for search and discovery in e-learning. SkillMapper is a community where lifelong learners meet and share curated learning paths that helps them master a skill. This community-driven curation, combined with the latest AI tools, will help us build a learning graph for anything to be learned. At the core, we address three growing issues in education: 1. Education’s choice paradox & high search cost 2. Extremely biased or non-existent review systems 3. Very few & sub-optimal learning paths Our first product releases are a search engine and Chrome extension to help students save time, explore relevant content, and increase confidence in ed-tech purchase decisions. As a byproduct, we expect that students using SkillMapper will significantly increase their completion rate of online education.
