Wie beeinflusst das Klima was wir essen? 🌍 Der #Klimawandel hat bereits Spuren auf den Tellern der Deutschen hinterlassen. Die meisten haben dieses gesellschaftliche Thema grundsätzlich auf dem Schirm: 74 Prozent der Befragten betrachten den Klimawandel als eher bzw. äußerst wichtiges Thema. Das zeigt unsere aktuelle Befragung mit YouGov unter mehr als 1.000 Arbeitnehmenden. Viele sagen sogar: Für eine bessere Ökobilanz wären sie bereit, weniger Fleisch- und Milchprodukte zu kaufen, nachdem sie informiert würden, welchen Einfluss Fleisch- und Milchprodukten auf die #Ökobilanz haben. Außerdem geben 42 Prozent der Befragten an, mehr regionale Produkte zu kaufen, um dem Klimawandel entgegenzuwirken. Mehr als ein Drittel (34 Prozent) hat wegen des Klimawandels schon weniger Fleisch- und Milchprodukte verzehrt. El pasado 27 de junio, en el edificio corporativo de la Achs se realizó el encuentro anual de los Comités Paritarios de Sodexo FY24. La actividad reunió a más de 200 colaboradores de manera presencial y virtual, destacando la importancia de los comités en el cumplimiento del programa “Cero Daño”. Durante el encuentro, se contó con la presencia de autoridades de Sodexo y la Achs, así como con una charla de Horacio de la Peña sobre liderazgo y manejo de equipos. Los asistentes pudieron intercambiar ideas y manifestar sus desafíos. 🆚Wspieranie naszych klientów w tworzeniu przyjaznych miejsc pracy dla ich zespołów to nasze ulubione zadanie. Tym razem mieliśmy okazję przyczynić się do aranżacji zupełnie nowego biura Sanofi Polska w Warszawie. 💡Meble, rośliny🪴, oświetlenie i wyposażenie przestrzeni sprawiły, że przestrzeń jest nowoczesna i zgodna z założeniami zrównoważonego rozwoju. Zespół #SodexoPolska wspierał proces aranżacji, nadzorując wybrane elementy całego projektu. Pomagaliśmy przy wdrażaniu ekologicznych rozwiązań 🌱takich jak: 📍renowacja mebli, 📍hodowla roślin jadalnych 📍czy wprowadzenie udogodnień dla pracowników z niepełnosprawnościami. Byliśmy odpowiedzialni za procesy logistyczne przeprowadzki 🚛, ale także za projekt i wykonanie donic do wnętrza biura wraz z oświetleniem dla roślin. 🌿 Na co dzień nasz zespół dba też o czystość w biurze. Tak było również przed wielkim otwarciem, kiedy zadbaliśmy o to, aby przestrzeń była w pełni gotowa i komfortowa dla wszystkich pracowników. ⌛ [J-30] Comme les athlètes, les équipes Sodexo Live! s’entrainent dur pour être prêtes le jour J. 👨🍳 👩🍳 Très heureux de partager quelques photos d’une étape clé à 1 mois du début des Jeux Olympiques de #Paris2024 : le test d’un premier service au restaurant du Village des Athlètes. 🎉 Tony Estanguet accompagné notamment de Brice Guyart, Sandra Laoura, Helene Defrance, Cyril Moré, Apolline Couratier et Jeanne Boutbien ont pu déguster une sélection de plats qui seront proposés aux athlètes dans quelques jours, comme exemple le koulibiac de saumon, la courgette rôtie, sauge et citron et le risotto au safran et parmesan. Like the athletes, the Sodexo Live! teams are training hard to be ready for the big day. 👨🍳 👩🍳 We're very happy to share some photos of a key milestone one month before the start of the Olympic Games Paris 2024: the testing of the first meal service at the Athletes' Village restaurant. 🎉 Tony Estanguet accompanied by Brice Guyart, Sandra Laoura, Helene Defrance, Cyril Moré, Apolline Couratier and Jeanne Boutbien were able to taste a selection of dishes that will be offered to the athletes in a few days, like salmon koulibiac, roasted zucchini, sage and lemon and a saffron parmesan risotto. This was an opportunity to refine the last details, both in the kitchen and in the dining room, before the restaurant opens! Day after day, our teams are preparing to meet the challenge of serving up to 40,000 meals a day to 15,000 athletes from around the world. 🌍
