I’m thrilled to share that I’ve just completed a three-month internship in the R&D department at StatInf! During my time there, I worked on exciting projects/tasks in real-time systems and extreme value theory, focusing on enhancing software capabilities for StatInf and for its esteemed clients. This experience gave me hands-on exposure to cutting-edge research in the field and advanced statistical methods, deepening my understanding of the challenges that the aerospace and automotive industries are currently facing. A huge thank you to the StatInf team, especially Benjamin Rouxel and Adriana Gogonel, for their support and mentorship throughout this journey. #ERTS2024, Toulouse was the place to be this week ! Putting together high quality real time systems research papers and industry tools for embedded systems, both HW and SW, makes of this event a have to, on the agenda of all European industrials keeping touch with the research for futur improvements of theirs operational technologies. Avec Alexandre Flon, directeur de KEOLIS CHATEAUROUX, nous avons eu le plaisir de répondre aux questions de Matthieu Renard sur la mobilité autonome et plus particulier sur le projet MACH2, qui prévoit la circulation de véhicules autonomes dans le centre-ville de Châteauroux Métropole dès 2026. "La sécurité, c'est le maître-mot de ce projet", car elle est au cœur de nos préoccupations, qu'elle concerne nos futurs passagers, les autres usagers de la voie publique (piétons, cyclistes, automobilistes...) ou encore les questions de cybersécurité. The list starts with: StatInf - French-based DeepTech start-up aiming to develop patented statistics algorithms to enable software engineers to build safe and efficient embedded software programs. 💥 Achievements of 2023: - Participated in the French startup program Starburst France's Demo Day, an Aerospace & Defence Technologies Accelerator Program - +10% conversation rate of commercial pipeline - Grew the team to 12 FTEs, most of them PhDs. 🎯 Goals for 2024: - Implementing the tech roadmap and advancing to new versions V2 and V3 through extensive R&D efforts and obtaining specialised certification for their revolutionary solution - RocqStat - Expanding the team with sales and marketing professionals and fostering a robust ecosystem of strategic partners. Pluria - a US-based HRTech startup aiming to offer flexible work options, connecting employees with nearby curated workspaces in a few clicks. 💥 Achievements of 2023: - Achieved substantial 3x growth in MRR, with a notable shift as LatAm became their primary market - Successfully added +600 workspaces in +100 cities - Witnessed x2 growth in clients opting for private offices through the platform. 🎯 Goals for 2024: -  Enhance platform with innovative features, introduce office management module - Expand across LATAM, establish a robust client portfolio of 300+ companies, paving the way for US market entry and targeting a goal of $1M ARR by FY23. Listen Léon - a French-based B2B Culture-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform-based technology designed to facilitate the growth and development of a company’s culture through healthy interactions between people in the organisation. 💥 Achievements of 2023: - Chosen for a 2-day immersion into the French-based accelerator ZEBOX - +1 new appointed COO, +7% of conversion rate of the follow-up prospects - +5k prospects in the pipeline followed up on a regular basis. 🎯 Goals for 2024: -  Launch a Culture Intelligence Suite and addons, guided by customer feedback - Implement comprehensive commercial and marketing strategies, incorporating both inbound and outbound approaches - Expand globally with an international sales and marketing workforce, targeting North America and Europe and establishing a dedicated customer success team for enhanced client satisfaction.
