#Teachers are pivotal in shaping the future by nurturing students and driving educational progress. To fully harness their potential, their voices must be heard, respected, and included in the decisions that shape their profession. As part of our #TeachersMissing campaign, we were honored to present a special video of teacher testimonies from around the globe during the 2024 #WorldTeachersDay global event at UNESCO HQ. These teachers, as public intellectuals, shared their insights on the systemic challenges they face and the critical importance of having their voices at the forefront of decision-making processes. 🌍 Take a moment to watch and celebrate the incredible educators who shared their stories. Their insights remind us why teacher voices must be central to the dialogue about the future of education. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing teachers who contributed, and to the Members and Partners who supported the collection of these impactful testimonies. Together, we can create a more inclusive and supportive educational landscape! 🙏 #WorldTeachersDay #TeachersMissing CONFEMEN Education International Education 2030 UN Enabel INDIRE UNESCO | RCQE Réseau Canopé VSO VVOB VVOB in Uganda https://lnkd.in/euZmX4X6

Elevating teacher voices not only addresses current teacher shortages but also strengthens the profession's appeal globally.
