Three Crowns LLP will host a session on “New Dimensions for Arbitration: Managing Risk in Long-term Mining Projects”, as part of Australian Arbitration Week (AAW) 2024, which is organised by the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). Partner Elizabeth Snodgrass and counsel Penny Martin will explore new dimensions for arbitration in mining disputes, focusing on risk mitigation in the form of stabilisation provisions, force majeure regimes and other mechanisms for managing political risk.
