AENOR, nos ha otorgado dos certificaciones que implican que los procesos de su Sistema de Gestión Integral están conformes a las normas ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 14001:2015. ♻ La implantación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad ISO 9001 y Ambiental ISO 14001 reconoce la excelencia de TOTEM a la hora de gestionar el diseño, montaje y mantenimiento de infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, con especial atención al control y tarificación de energía que se realiza desde la compañía, únicos en el sector. TOTEM se convierte en la primera Towerco en recibir una certificación por parte de AENOR en materia de control y tarificación de energía. 🤝 Un agradecimiento especial al equipo de TOTEM España por su arduo trabajo en la obtención de esta certificación. 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐝 𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐨́𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 🤲 [English below] El 29 de octubre del año pasado, España vivió una de sus mayores catástrofes recientes con las inundaciones provocadas por la #DANA.   En TOTEM, estamos muy orgullosos de haber contribuido a la rápida respuesta del sector para garantizar la conectividad en las zonas afectadas.   Del mismo modo, nos unimos al ‘Pacto para la pronta recuperación de la conectividad digital de personas y empresas tras los efectos adversos de la DANA con todos los actores, privados y públicos de nuestro sector.   En TOTEM decidimos ir más allá y hemos querido ayudar a los afectados por otras vías. Estas navidades, en lugar de realizar el tradicional regalo navideño a nuestros clientes y proveedores, tomamos la decisión de destinar la cantidad de 10.000 euros a Cruz Roja Española para apoyar a los damnificados.   🙏Gracias a nuestros clientes y proveedores por unirse a este esfuerzo. Seguiremos comprometidos en ayudar a quienes lo necesiten, utilizando todos los recursos a nuestra disposición. --- On October 29th of last year, Spain experienced one of its most significant recent catastrophes with the floods caused by the DANA. At TOTEM, we are very proud to have contributed to the quick reaction of the entire sector to ensure connectivity in the affected areas.   In addition, we joined the 'Pact for the early recovery of digital connectivity of people and businesses after the adverse effects of the DANA' alongside all private and public actors in our sector.   At TOTEM, we decided to go further and wanted to help the affected people in other ways. This Christmas, instead of making our traditional holiday gift to our clients and suppliers, we made the decision to allocate 10,000 euros to Cruz Roja Española to support the peopled damaged.   Thank you to our customers and suppliers for joining us in this effort. Secretaría de Estado de Telecomunicaciones e Infraestructuras Digitales, con parte de su equipo, en particular Matias Gonzalez, director general, y María de Reparaz de la Serna jefa de gabinete.   Esta delegación visitó varios emplazamientos de TOTEM: una torre, mástiles en una azotea y una Small Cell, acompañados por Ángel Orantes, responsable de mantenimiento en Madrid, Jorge Villalon Panzano, director de operaciones y nuestro CEO en España, Patrick Farges.   El Secretario de Estado hizo una revisión detallada de todos los componentes presentes en estos sitios, elementos clave de una #TowerCo: #energía, refrigeración del aire, aire acondicionado, mástiles, equipos activos de los operadores de redes móviles, sistema "smart site" para supervisar a distancia estos emplazamientos… 🌐   Se destacó la importancia de tal #infraestructura móvil pasiva para apoyar la digitalización de España y garantizarel pleno despliegue del 5G.   Se compartieron ideas sobre los retos a los que se enfrentan las TowerCos en España para desplegar y mantener este tipo de infraestructuras tanto en zonas rurales como urbanas: licencias, normas urbanísticas, conexiones a la red eléctrica, energía verde, impacto del cambio climático...   Una visita importante en un momento crucial para el despliegue del #5G en España y en pleno desarrollo de proyectos como Único 5G Rural, reafirmando la importancia de una estrecha colaboración entre entidades públicas y privadas para confirmar el liderazgo de España en redes de banda ancha de muy alta calidad. ----------------------- Last week, TOTEM was very pleased to host the visit of Antonio Hernando, Secretary of State of Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure with part of his staff: Matias Gonzalez and Maria Reparaz de la Serna.   This delegation visited several sites of TOTEM: ground-based tower, rooftop and a small cell accompanied by Angel Orantes, in charge of maintenance in Madrid, Jorge Villalón, Director of Operations and our CEO Patrick Farges.   The Secretary of State completed an extended review of all the components located in these typical sites of a Towerco: energy, air cooling, air conditioning, masts, active equipment of the mobile networks’ operators, “smart site” systems to supervise these sites remotely… 🌐   An important visit at an important time for the roll-out of 5G in Spain and in the middle of structuring projects such as Unico 5G for Rural Areas which underlines the importance of a tight collaboration between public and private entities to confirm the leadership of Spain in very-high broadband networks.
