🎉 Faculty Night is back for its 5th edition! Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of welcoming faculty members and academic leaders from several partner schools to our studio for an evening filled with insights and meaningful exchanges. 🤝 This year, the theme was: "Myths vs. Realities: The Changes in the Video Game Industry Through Our Practices." Our in-house experts, driven by their passion and expertise, led inspiring discussions on key industry topics, including: 🎮 AI & Generative AI ✨ Raytracing 💰 Monetization & Economy 👩💻 The Day-to-Day Realities of Our Teams ❓ Q&A Events like Faculty Night not only allow us to share our practices and insights but also provide an invaluable platform for collaboration with the academic world. 🎓 A special thanks to Sophie Gollnhofer for organizing the event and to our teams involved for their engaging presentations.👏

Throwback to our X-Mas Circus Party to kick off the year!🎪   Last December, we welcomed our team members' loved ones for a magical evening full of surprises! 🎁   Our studio was transformed into a grand circus wonderland with fun activities for all ages : mesmerizing close-up magic & mentalism tricks, a clown and juggling show, various circus arts workshops, funfair stands, fortune-telling sessions, DIY activities, and an epic music video blindtest !✨   The little ones had a blast meeting Santa Claus and his faithful reindeer, and capturing precious memories in our themed photobooth ! 🎅📸   Here’s to creating ever more magical moments in 2025 — Happy New Year🥂

🌟 What a night to remember! 🌟   This year, our annual party embraced the Neon Drive theme—a vibrant and glowing tribute to the iconic Made In Japan Vol.2 playlist, one of the most beloved and immersive experiences in The Crew Motorfest. 🐉   More than just a celebration, this event was the perfect way to mark the launch of the Year 2 Pass and Season 5 in style! Last week at Ubisoft, it was Volunteer Week! 💖   Throughout the week, we proposed several solidarity initiatives for our teams to support 2 incredible associations : Les Restos du Coeur, fighting poverty by providing food and aid for those in need, and Sport dans la Ville, promoting social integration and development through sports programs for young people. 💪   From sorting and packing toy parcels to preparing and distributing food baskets, donating hygiene products, and even coaching young people during basketball sessions, our team members showed up and were truly inspired by the amazing work these associations and their volunteers do every day. 👏   A heartfelt thank you to our partners for their warm welcome and to all the studio volunteers who made this week meaningful! ❤️   #UbisoftIvoryTower #LifeAtUbi #VolunteerWeek

We were delighted to welcome participants of the #REBONDS program to our studio, giving them a glimpse into the world of video game development.    Led by the CREPI Lyon-Rhône, #REBONDS supports women from priority neighborhoods in rebuilding confidence and exploring career opportunities, particularly in fields where women are underrepresented.🤝   A big thank you to our talented teams for sharing their passion and expertise during this inspiring visit. 🎮   Congratulations to the #REBONDS team for their impactful work in promoting inclusion and empowerment.    We look forward to discovering the photo exhibition at Ville de Villeurbanne’s CCVA this January! 🙌
