This year the focus will be on human rights issues in the areas of environment, energy and climate change, with advanced focus on the impact of business and human rights on AI, the role of the financial industry, contracts with environmental and climate change implications and human rights, governance issues and litigation - the latter will cover class action, mass arbitration, litigation issues and constitutional rights to a healthy environment, with a discussion on key cases brought before domestic and international courts practical challenges for lawyers dealing with such cases and how to use them in their own jurisdictions. 🔎 Why is this Course useful?
