📈Cultivated Meat Summit in Boston : The industry is making great progress! 🤝 Last week, our COO, Olivia de Talancé, participated in the 6th Cultivated Meat and Seafood Summit in Boston. She presented VITAL MEAT's journey towards regulatory approval.🌍✨ The discussions made it clear that while industry leaders are making impressive progress on their respective technologies, they also recognize the need to taking it step by step before launching major factories and achieving price parity. It is obvious that the cultivated meat ecosystem is steadily advancing, and we're confident that each milestone will be met as we continue this journey.🍗🐔 At Vital Meat, we've taken this more conservative approach from the outset, and we're delighted to see it shared across the industry! Our special thanks to the organizers for bringing us together to chart this course for the future Megan Poole Hannah Poole and Laine Clark of The Good Food Institute.🙌 Thanks to all for the valuable discussions particularly Kaitlin Grady Cameron Copeland Mihir Pershad, Olivia's co-panelists, with whom they dived into the importance of partnerships! Exploring Vital Meat’s Mission and Team 🌱 In addition to focusing on its core business: Science, VITAL MEAT must take into account crucial operational aspects such as human resources, IT, accounting, finance and purchasing to ensure seamless operations.📚💻💰 As a subsidiary of Groupe Grimaud, we're fortunate to have those functions under their umbrella. That's why, a few days ago, we were delighted to welcome Fabian, Anne-Laure and Lucien from the accounting and HR teams of Groupe Grimaud with the objective of explaining our mission, our activities and, of course, present our team. We couldn't resist asking them a few questions after the visit ! ❔ 🌍 Which of Groupe Grimaud's three values—environment, innovation, or animal welfare—do you believe Vital Meat embodies the most? 💡 What was your perception of cultivated meat before this visit, and what do you think of it today? 💬 What did you enjoy most about visiting Vital Meat ? All the answers are in the carousel! Thanks again for your visit and everyday support ! #Team #Innovation #SustainableFuture #RH #Accounting #SupportServices #CultivatedMeat

🐔Will cultivated meat be served at the next Olympic games?🕐 It would have been great to have our cultivated chicken served at the Paris Olympics! Unfortunately, we are not yet approved in Europe (and here's an opportunity to officially congratulate GOURMEY on his Novel Food submissions, particularly to EFSA 👏👏😉). Our cultivated chicken met the Paris 2024 Games criteria for delicious, sustainable, local, and responsible food. 🌎🌱 In addition, here are the key commitments for Paris 2024: double the amount of vegetable food (to reduce CO2), 80% of products from France, 25% less than 250 km away, 30% organic products, reduce plastic and limit waste. Can we expect to see VITAL MEAT alongside UPSIDE Foods meat (already approved in US) at the Los Angeles Olympics, in July 2028, or with Vow quail (pre approved in australia) at the Brisbane Olympics, in 2032? ❓😁 #paris2024 #sustainablefuture #CultivatedMeat #Champions
