VP Ingredients, votre fournisseur d'ingrédients d'origine végétale sains et durables Nos engagements : - Ingrédients d'origine végétale : Nous développons en permanence des ingrédients à partir de légumineuses cultivées avec nos agriculteurs. Au cours des dernières années, nous nous sommes concentrés sur la création d'une large gamme de farines de légumineuses (pois chiches, lentilles, pois, haricots) et de farines riches en protéines, (jusqu'à 50 % de teneur en protéines). Des ingrédients naturels, sains et durables qui offrent une multitude de fonctionnalités différentes (fonctionnelles, organoleptiques…) et contribuent à améliorer le profil nutritionnel de vos recettes. - Ingrédients sans allergène : En contrôlant l'ensemble de la chaîne d'approvisionnement selon un cahier des charges drastique, nous minimisons le risque de contamination croisée du champ à nos lignes de traitement. Nous nous engageons à fournir à nos clients des ingrédients non allergènes. - Filière d'approvisionnement française : Fortement impliqué aux côtés de nos agriculteurs (collecte de 5,5 millions de tonnes de céréales réalisées par le Groupe Soufflet), nous avons la capacité de développer des variétés spécifiques de riz et de légumineuses. - Ingrédients durables : Nous souhaitons contribuer à notre niveau, au défi mondial qui nous attend : construire un modèle résilient, en minimisant notre empreinte carbone dans nos activités. - Ingrédients propres : Nous n'utilisons que des technologies sèches pour offrir des ingrédients sains avec un traitement minimal.
