From a 5 milliliter vial to a 5 gallon container, Zalkin capping technology addresses the full range of application needs. We serve a wide variety of industries in need of high-performance capping, cap sorting, cap feeding, and de-capping operations. For over 90 years, we have provided both standard and highly customized capping systems to customers worldwide in industries including beverage, distilled spirits, wine, food, pharmaceutical, household products, personal care, and chemical. Zalkin offers unique and proprietary technologies to feed, orient, and apply a wide range of closure types, including screw-on caps, roll-on aluminum closures, oriented and non-oriented push-down closures, plugs, pumps, fitments, and lids. We offer low, medium, and high-speed solutions for semi-automatic or automatic lines with one or many capping heads. We also offer both freestanding capping machines and capping turrets for monobloc fillers, as well as specialized cap handling, sorting, feeding, conveying, and bulk dumping systems to facilitate turn-key capping lines. 🌳 Zalkin et le Collège de Broglie ensemble pour la biodiversité ! Le 5 mars 2025, nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir les éco-délégués du Collège Maurice de Broglie dans le cadre de notre démarche commune pour le développement durable et la biodiversité. Zalkin a souhaité soutenir l’engagement écologique du collège en faisant un don de bois pour la fabrication de nichoirs et abris pour la faune locale. Des abris seront installés et entretenus annuellement par les élèves sur notre site à Montreuil L’Argillé. La visite du site leur a permis de localiser les emplacements des futurs abris et de présenter leur démarche écologique. Un moment riche en partage et en apprentissage ! 🤝 Ce partenariat s'inscrit dans une série d'actions communes avec le Collège Maurice De Broglie, notamment les opérations "Classe en entreprise" en 2024 et "Les gestes de nos métiers" avec Le GIAB en 2025.
