About the role:

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern who in a supportive and cooperative way will become a member of our Human Resource Team. Your main responsibility will be to provide general support to the teams and assist in the full-circle hiring process to bring on enthusiastic future colleagues.

What you will do:

Take On Writing Job Descriptions
Pre-screen intern and temporary candidates

Facilitate the interview process and follow-up with hiring managers

Assist as needed in scheduling various meetings and events

Participate in campus recruiting and job fairs

Create the best candidate experience from recruitment to onboarding

Effectively builds and engages with our internal students community.

About you:

Must be a student with a possibility of signing an internship agreement

First recruitment experience will be a plus

High degree of customer service in all areas of work

Strong communication and organizational skills

High attention to detail

Strong ability to multitask

Good level of English is needed.
