We are seeking a dynamic and performance-oriented individual to join our team as the Business Consultant for our Operations team.
You will play a pivotal role in animating performance. You work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the right visibility on our Key Performance Metrics Using data analytics, you will support decision-making for our operations, working hand in hand with the global and regional teams to do so.
What You Will Do BUSINESS ANALYTICS
You will oversee projects/initiatives based on your analytical insights
You will provide deep analysis and business cases on several Operations topics
You will help OPS business units to identify needs and problematics, scope action plans, estimate their impacts and monitor them.
You will be in constant interaction with your business partners
PERFORMANCE MONITORING
You will be monitoring various KPIs (Customer satisfaction, leadtime, etc.) across Operations organization to drive Operations Performance
You will provide visibility and inform your stakeholders on KPIs variation to enable data driven decision making
You will build monitoring tools to ensure your stakeholders have the right level of visibility on their KPIs
You will directly lead and own the animation of some specific KPIs including identifying ways of improvement, coordinating different stakeholders during weekly and monthly meetings, and conducting deep data driven analysis
Who You Are
Currently doing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field
Strong analytical skills, eye for details, structured, fast learner, organized, motivated by startup mindset (transversal and wide range of topics, fast-paced environment)
Eager to learn and enthusiastic, you enjoy working as a team-player in a multicultural setting
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
SQL knowledge and data visualization tools such as Tableau are a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French
Interest and knowledge about Fashion / Luxury / E-commerce / Sustainability
