Brand Image Assistant

Founded in 2014 by Jerome Jacques Marie Mage, Jacques Marie Mage is a Los Angeles-based producer of limited-edition designer goods specializing in the micro-production of luxury eyewear for a clientele of discerning tastes.

Role Overview

As a Brand Image Assistant to the Brand Image Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing the director's schedule, coordinating photoshoots, meetings, and travel arrangements. Additionally, you will support in organizing materials and providing assistance with creative direction initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of the brand's visual identity and strategies. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are – but are not limited to:

• Organize, create, and gather all assets needed for photoshoots, travel arrangements, and meetings
• Assist in organizing key meetings with potential partners in fashion and design
• Act as liaison for all events and photoshoots, both internal and external
• Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Creative team for any needed assets for postings and consistencies in brand voice
• Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.
• Consistently execute a JMM language to communicate with our audience across all platforms
• Assist Brand Image Director with all administrative tasks
  
  

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a fashion, creative environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Luxury experience is a plus
• Fluent in French and English
• Ability to travel to LA office
