Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist that will help us trend and become the talk of the town in the financial messaging Industry! We are looking for an expert that will take care of planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing a range of internal and external communications.

Things you will do:

• Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, and partners in developing an effective marketing strategy based on a targeted audience.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in setting up the Calendar of events at DiXiO and in the management of these events.
• Help to plan and coordinate webinars and external events hosted by DiXiO, ensuring that all events are well-structured and effectively convey DiXiO's values and services to the audience.
• Employ online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
• Be willing to get creative, think outside the box, and come up with exciting social-first campaigns that support our message.
• Assist in managing DiXiO’s social media presence on LinkedIn, by planning, creating, and sharing compelling content (including video, animation, photography, blog/editorial, short-form videos, and other content) on a daily basis.
• Develop, draft, and edit high quality written material including blogs, web and social media content, newsletters, presentations, and email marketing campaigns.
• Support internal departments in developing their own communication channels and in organizing internal events.
• Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
• Help measure and report on the performance of our digital presence.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions related to strategic initiatives at the company.

Things that you need to succeed on this job:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or PR from a Reputable University
• 1 – 3 years of experience in the field
• Certification in Digital Marketing is a big plus
• Experience operating and maintaining web pages on WordPress
• Experience with Canva, Video Editing tools and LinkedIn marketing solutions
• Previous experience of running online and offline events
• Must be proficient in English, French and Arabic are a big plus
• Experience with SEO is a big plus
