Global HR Business Partner, Fragrance & Beauty Functions - Your future position?

As the Global HR Business Partner for the Fragrance & Beauty Functions, you will partner with some of the Fragrance & Beauty management teams, including Science & Technology, Global Development etc. to drive the talent agenda and priorities across these diverse and dynamic functions. You will also be a member of the global extended HR team and help develop and drive the HR strategy support global projects.

You can be based in one of the following locations: Kemptthal (Switzerland), Argenteuil (France), Ashford (UK), and will report directly to the Global Head of HR, Fragrance and Beauty.

Your role will include:

  • Partner with the relevant business leaders and management teams to drive business performance through the execution of the HR agenda with a focus on talent management development, talent acquisition, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand and formalise their business objectives and priorities whilst leveraging HR processes and collaboration with country HR, Centers of Expertise and Givaudan business solutions teams
  • Support the development and execution of the business and HR strategies and deliverables
  • Lead the talent agenda across the function including promoting leadership pipelines and cross functional moves
  • Lead the execution and change management of key projects, integrations and transformations
  • Provide people insights on the future workforce utilizing analytics and external trends
  • Coach business leaders, building leadership capability and authenticity
  • Drive alignment between local HR agendas and regional business and HR priorities
  • Drive HR delivery excellence by ensuring successful execution of annual HR processes

You?

  • Relevant university degree
  • 10 years senior HR experience in an international environment, in both commercial and manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices including talent management, compensation and benefits, D&I and talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a global matrix environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills
  • Project management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Experience driving change and transformations
  • Fluent English skills
  • Regular international travel required
