Growth Manager/Supervisor

Akila is looking for a head of growth to boost all aspects of Lead Generation in the corporate marketing team!

Key duties and responsibilities:
Objective 1: Generate New Business Opportunities
- Adapt the company messaging to the ICPs in order to build solid outbound campaigns
- Define and optimize paid marketing campaigns and maximize ROI through affiliate marketing, SEA, programmatic
- Expand the pipeline by sourcing at least 50 new potential leads/geography every weeks
- Secure meetings or demos with at least 20 new prospective clients per month.
- Increase website traffic by 100% through organic search, paid advertising, and referral channels.
- Achieve a 100% increase in the number of qualified leads generated through inbound marketing efforts.
Objective 2: Improve Conversion Rates
- Enhance email marketing performance by achieving a 25% increase in email open rates and a 10% increase in click-through rates.
- Implement retargeting campaigns to recover at least 20% of abandoned trials or demo requests.
Objective 3: Optimize Marketing Funnel
- Implement marketing automation workflows to generate and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Ensure data consolidation in the CRM, aiming at data being 100% accurate
- Increase conversion rates at each stage of the funnel by implementing targeted messaging and personalized content.
Objective 4: Drive Product Adoption and Retention
- Launch a customer referral program to drive new customer acquisition through word-of-mouth marketing.
Objective 5: Measure and Analyze Marketing Performance Key Results:
- Implement advanced analytics tracking to monitor customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI) for growth marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize growth marketing strategies and tactics, resulting in a 10% improvement in conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and ROI.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- English & French Fluency, Any additional language is a strong plus
- Proven skills using growth tools
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Creative, problem solver and initiative oriented
- Excellent writing abilities
- Marketing acumen, strong understanding of branding principles
- Ability to turn operational cases into processes.
- A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Development: Ability to think creatively about staffing and organizational structure.
- Must show a strong leader, be passionate with a can-do attitude and self-motivated, driven and self-starter person
