As our freelance HR Business Partner in Paris, you will report into our Paris Market Lead and will work 8 hours per week. Your core responsibilities will include:
Become the HR contact for our workshop staff (1on1s) to get the pulse of employees and prioritize HR projects
Develop & optimize HR processes such as hiring, training, performance management, career development, remuneration policy
Bring benchmark on French labor policies & best HR practices
Support the market lead rolling out and cultivating our company culture
This role is based in our workshop at Bobigny (not remote)
To be successful in this role, you:
Have 5 years of work experience, of which 3+ years as an HR business partner and / or HR admin
Strong managerial skills, ideally experience on how to develop, motivate and manage deskless workers
Have a hands-on mentality and do not shy away from getting your hands dirty
Have good structural thinking and problem solving skills.
Have a good knowledge of French HR policies & market practices, ideally in blue collar industries
Have strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills
Are fluent in English and French
