Your Mission Dioxycle is seeking a hands-on Legal Counsel to be a cornerstone of our legal operations. We are seeking a reliable, positive and highly meticulous individual who is excited about using their legal skills to have a tangible impact on global emissions. Key Responsibilities: - Contract management: Draft and review legal documents, such as NDAs and commercial and supplier contracts, stock option/BSPCE issuance documentation preparation (collaborating with specialized law firms where relevant) - Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, employment law, and commercial contracts. - Corporate Governance: Support the Board of Directors and executive team with corporate governance matters, including organizing board meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining corporate records. - Intellectual Property: Oversee the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, and copyrights, and manage IP strategy and enforcement (JDA, licensing agreements, etc.) Location: Onsite in Paris, France Qualifications: To be fully comfortable with the job, you have 7+ years of experience, with a mixture of industry and law-firm experience and experience working with IP-heavy topics (ideally in the chemical industry). Skillset we are looking for

• Comfortable with French, US and international legal frameworks
• Comfortable drafting contracts in English and in French
• 7+ years of experience as legal counsel/juriste/paralegal, with a mixture of industry and law-firm experience
