LVMH Beauty Tech - Finance Business Transformation Manager

Context & Impact

LVMH Beauty Tech is the IT / IS Team dedicated to LVMH’s Beauty Division. We are 1000+ experts in 27 countries to build, support, and operate solutions that provide innovation and business value to each LVMH Beauty Maisons such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Benefit, etc. We provide new technical and innovative solutions, adapted to the challenges of our 16 Maisons, taking into consideration their specificities while following a shared and mutualized model.

In order to support the fast-paced growth of the Beauty Division, we commenced a significant transformation that will contribute to accelerating our development, improving our time to market, leveraging our scale, and enhancing our IT Tech components with the aim of innovation.

Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation Management, you provide advice, expertise, and assistance to the Business Departments of the different Beauty Maisons, contributing to bringing value, to optimizing and enhancing performance of business processes in the Finance domain through the projects and services.

Your impact

• Assist operational teams of Maisons in expressing their needs and manage demands & projects portfolio:
• Collect, analyze, prioritize requests requiring a deep transformation of the process or solution with a value-based approach.
• Provide recommendations to operational teams to optimize their processes and rationalize their solutions through Beauty Tech solution catalog promotion.
• Suggest and encourage opportunities for sharing between Maisons, both in terms of processes and technological platforms.
• Formalize the global process & application view of the domain including all Maisons and Regions (processes coverage, heatmap, etc.).
• Manage and monitor the domain overall demands and projects roadmap as well as related operational monitoring and performance indicators.
• Ensure the proper transformation of requests validated by the business into projects:
• Contribute to projects framing and conduct feasibility studies in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture team.
• Document and submit the associated investment request while having a value-based approach (ROI).
• Carry out the guiding principles of change management and facilitate its transversality and its application between Maisons and the Beauty Tech teams.
• Co-Steer strategic projects, in collaboration with Maisons & Beauty Tech teams in charge of the implementation to ensure the control and management of costs, deadlines and resources.
• Lead Domain governance instances between Beauty Tech and Maisons:
• Prepare and lead discussion meetings between Maisons Operational teams and Beauty Tech (Maisons Committees, Division Governance Committees, Demand management committee, etc.) leveraging regional BTMs too.
• Ensure the monitoring of domain demands & projects portfolio including value tracking and budget management (Capex request, budget monitoring, animation of arbitration processes) and estimation of the required workload at global level. 
• Ensure a monitoring role in the segment with the Maisons:
• Stay informed of business best practices and technological innovations.
• Conduct competitive intelligence/ monitoring.
• Share the results of the monitoring to identify the elements to be presented to the Maisons / Regions in close collaboration with the regional BTMs.
• Innovate in new areas, with the aim of adding value:
• Provide added value through new ideas or concepts.
• Identify processes with small or no functional coverage, for which a solution could bring added value to the Maisons.
• Maintain the heatmap of processes and applications in its global domain.
  
  

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in business and processes in the Finance domain in industry or consulting, which will allow you to share and obtain buy-in at a C Level.
• You master the organizational challenges of big transformations programs you propose and can support the impacted organizations of the Division.
• You have a good knowledge of Beauty segments (including skincare, perfumes, and cosmetics), luxury, pharmacy, or consumer products.
• You have significant experience leading large transformation projects and can frame and formalize needs & requirements.
• You show true leadership, have the ability to "sell" your ideas and are results and action driven.
• You are known for your strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities, both in French and in English.
  
  

This position is to be filled on a permanent basis and is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Occasional trips abroad are to be expected if the projects require it.
