Context & Impact

LVMH Beauty Tech is the IT / IS team dedicated to LVMH’s Beauty Division. We are 1000+ experts in 27 countries to build, support and operate solutions that provide innovation and business value to each LVMH Beauty Maisons such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, Benefit, etc.

We provide new technical and innovative solutions, adapted to the challenges of our 16 Maisons, taking into consideration their specificities, while following a shared and mutualized model.

In order to support the fast-paced growth of the Beauty Division, we commenced a significant transformation that will contribute to accelerate our development, improve our time to market, leverage our scale and enhance our IT Tech components with the aim of innovation.

In this context, we are looking for a Run Data & AI Manager based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Your Main Missions Will Be

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of approximately 20 IT Data & AI professionals in France responsible for the operation and maintenance of LVMH Beauty Tech’s data & AI platform.
• Deploy Run tools and Run methodologies to our international Data teams in America and in Asia.
• Ensure the rigorous proactive monitoring of data pipeline executions, Datasets refreshs, … across all systems and Regions
• Co-build and deploy data quality checks and strict metadata management to organize run team and define clear scope of responsibilities
• Collaborate with other teams within Beauty tech to improve management of data contracts principles and to support the ownership of data by business teams and IT source systems teams.
• Manage the release process for new updates or fixes within the data environment ensuring compliance with change management protocols.
• Oversee end-to-end support activities including quick resolution of bugs/incidents keeping system downtime to an absolute minimum.
• Drive your team in establishing performance KPIs for all services under your management with regular monitoring to guarantee service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
• Cultivate a culture focused on continuous improvement by leading initiatives to automate tools and processes within the data environment—aiming to increase efficiency while reducing manual overheads across all regions.
• Act as an advocate for innovative best practices in managing large-scale data operations with particular attention given to optimizing existing workflows.
• Proactively engage in capacity planning and resource allocation ensuring preparedness for future demands on system resources.
• Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders explaining complex concepts in an accessible manner.
• Be the representative Data/AI team and the single point of contact of the Beauty Tech control tower for major incident management

Hard Skills

• Demonstrable experience in leading technical teams within data operations or similar domains with hands-on expertise in cloud-based environments like GCP with BigQuery and Cloud Composer.
• In-depth understanding of BI tools (Power BI), AI software (Dataiku), EPM/Planning/Simulation tools (Anaplan)
• A track record showcasing successful implementation of run automation projects that have led to significant improvements in operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines particularly as they relate to deployment pipelines, automated testing, and environment management.
• Knowledge of Service Now ticketing tool and JIRA project management.
