Your Role And Responsibilities

Our team is looking for a marketing intern who is a team player that is passionate, ambitious, and eager to learn. In collaboration with your colleagues, you will be responsible for creating newsletters, managing our sales material inventory, and producing marketing analysis report. Your objective in this role is to develop your skills in marketing, project management and content. This position contributes to the Electrification, Smart buildings division and is located in Dorval. The work model is hybrid (one day per week at the office). Here are a few examples of your daily tasks

  • Plan, write and coordinate the creation of attractive and informative newsletters for internal use and for our sales and distribution network: work with the content team to gather relevant information, design templates and plan distribution of newsletters. Prepare performance reports and make recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Develop a welcome kit for our new North American sales partners in collaboration with the content team: develop key messages, follow up with graphic designers to design documents and get final approval.
  • Work with the content team to create and update marketing materials and web content, such as our product catalogues, price sheets, product launch pages and social publications; and support our web migration project.
  • Assist the event team by participating in the planning, organization, and promotion of virtual and in-person events, including industry trade shows, webinars and conferences. Coordinate logistics, order promotional items, and send product samples to our sales teams. Make recommendations during post-mortem meetings.


Qualifications For The Role

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant marketing or communications program.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral in French and English. English is necessary to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
