We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to the French market, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales growth.


Nature and aim of the position


Deploy the B2B sales decks strategy for our luxury retail clients, depending on the target’s persona. Spread content management & copy writing best practices within the company for sales oriented documents. Emplement & manage the sales enablement platform/ intranet for around 200 sales & internal stakehholders.


The Marketing Specialist must possess a high level of knowledge and insight into what customers want and need, as well as what customers don't even know they want or need yet.


Main duties and responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales playbooks, products presentations, use cases, objection booklets, video demos, product videos, virtual visits, guidelines to increase sales productivity and performance.
  • Turn a technological and legal subject matter into easy to understand, interesting content.
  • Work on sales-worthy storytelling to boost our existing contacts engagement
  • Ensure bottom- up approach to sales collateral in coordination with local field marketers.
  • Manage the sales enablement platform/ intranet platform in line with the strategy provided by the B2B Marketing Director.
  • Maintain accuracy and up-to-date content on the sales enablement platform / intranet with the help of an intern by adopting an ”improve on the go methodology”.
  • Update sales materials as soon as new figures are ready
  • Assist markets to adapt and localize the global sales content.
  • Develop new standard POSM, that can be customized for each market.


Key competencies


  • Fluent English and French (a year abroad won’t be enough)
  • Ability to deliver work in a thoughtful and fast manner.
  • Interest in retail, digital marketing, and luxury products
  • Ability to create and write copy for marketing materials
  • Ability to coordinate and manage design of marketing materials
  • Experience with B2B content creation tools, like Indesign, Canva, Photoshop.


Business Knowledge/Educational Background


  • Master degree in marketing, communication or experience in a relevant field.
  • Has experience with creating content, preferably in a B2B environment, or in retail
  • Experience creating content for sales documents, web/blog, campaigns, and social media, focusing on both optimal storytelling, as well as growing engagement and conversion is expected
  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas is a plus.
