What You’ll Be Doing
- Team Up: Work closely with our dynamic Career Hub team to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source Creatively: Use both traditional and innovative methods to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
- Tell the Story: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our client companies to potential candidates.
- Strategize: Collaborate with account managers to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate referrals.
- Experience Matters: A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience is preferred, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Specialists Welcome: If you have expertise in SAP/ERP, IT, Cloud Services, Engineering, Energy Transition & Transformation, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, or ESG & Sustainability recruitment, that’s a strong advantage!
