SALES SPECIALIST

Reporting to: Retail & Education Manager

The Sales Specialist is part of Sales team, reporting to Retail & Education Manager and responsible for all the operational tasks with chains supporting realization of established trade strategy. Taking care of reporting and data sharing with customers, internal team and HQ.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect and process the numerical and factual market data and store pictures (BCs, company results and in store situation, competition activities, market situation) for reports and presentations
  • Collect internal data on novelties, prepare and share with chains information needed to introduce novelties (novelties templates, order proposals, listing files, one in one out templates), monitor the novelties ordering process with customers and internal SM/CS/Marketing
  • Prepare, deliver and monitor animations orders
  • Prepare and share the trade plan with customers templates and forms (yearly, quartal and for every animation)
  • Plan and monitor differentiation l trade plans with retailers
  • Plan and execute POS support (sample, testers, GWPs) for local actions
  • Plan and monitor the forecast per client (sell-in, sell-out, products, etc)
  • Share planograms/artworks/merchandising topics received from marketing/merch. dpt. with our retailers
  • Retailers incentives budget management. Cooperation with SM and RSS in the contests planning and central targets setting. Communication with retailers, consolidation of all information, realization of the incentives deliveries.
  • Create PO in SAP for Sales department
  • Control and process invoices for all in-chains and coop investments
  • Preparing and deliver on time cyclical and ad hoc calculations, reports, summaries, and presentations
  • Meetings with chains organization, prepare and organize internal/external meetings
  • Share and collect information to/from field sales team
  • BC management (schedule, bonus system, grooming, KPI’s performance)

PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in high-end cosmetics, luxury goods or related premium products
  • With excellent knowledge of English
