We are looking for a Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition to join the team at Modus Create.

About you

The Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition will be responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, ensuring optimal resourcing for our teams and projects. This involves managing a well coordinated team of 7 to 9 mid and senior level recruiters and sourcers who work distributed and remotely who are responsible for a various portfolio of recruitments within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Operations VP, fostering effective relations with Sales, Growth and Marketing teams in order to execute global hiring strategy.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 to 9 mid and senior-level recruiters and sources, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the team members with training and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
  • Monitor & manage performance against goals through regular one-on-ones and performance reports.
  • Ensuring TA metrics and service level agreements are met.
  • Foster morale and productivity within the team.
  • Provides direction, mentoring, coaching, and counseling to direct reports and the rest of the team aligned with company values.

Communication with relevant stakeholders

  • Maintain regular communication with the sales and marketing departments in order to be aware of the go-to-market strategies and the market realities
  • Maintain regular communication with VPs and Directors in order to know the teams, continuously assess the needs function internal developments and external requirements of the Clients
  • Maintain regular communication with Client Partners in order to understand the Client's needs and embed them in the recruitment process and strategies
  • Maintain regular communication with HR department to insure smooth onboarding with focus on candidate experience, give feedback from the recruitment market and stay informed about the pulse of the teams
  • Maintain and share a team level a thorough understanding of the different work segments within the company, as well as the different positions within those segments.

Strategic Planning & Collaboration:

  • Proactively address internal hiring needs, as well as external hiring projects.
  • Address emerging employment and hiring issues promptly and collaborate with support functions for resolution therefore unblocking the TA team in working effectively in an ever-changing job market requirements.
  • Spearhead global initiatives related to hiring in specific regions and locations, facing challenging client and project needs.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational strategy and execute TA projects to enhance employee experience through the hiring process and minimize risk to reputation.
  • Building and actively managing a strong pipeline of talent in various pools in order to optimize SLAs whilst hiring high quality talent
  • Building, maintaining and continuously reinforcing Modus Create employer brand by refreshing the website dedicated to careers, putting in place a solid structure for building job descriptions, optimizing and adapting the recruitment tools to insure quality talent acquisition
  • Identifying relevant technological communities and insure relevant presence (in collaboration with marketing) in order to anticipate recruitment needs and to capture talent from emerging technologies
  • Continuously collaborating with HR departments in order to build compensation and benefits benchmarks that are up to date, competitive and adapted to the geographical and sector markets

Reporting & Analytics & Processes:

  • Oversee the preparation of various reports on recruitment performance in terms of duration of the process, quality of recruitment, turnover of personnel
  • Insure good usage of the recruitment tools in place - HubSpot, GreenHouse, various hiring boards
  • Optimize processes and tools against budgets and ease of use.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for the talent acquisition team, ensuring cost-effective operations while achieving recruitment targets

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Public Administration, Law
  • Seven (7) years' experience in recruitment management (Technology Industry).
  • Use of Hubspot
  • 5-8 years experience supervising staff which includes training, developing, evaluating, and assigning work
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR Systems – Greenhouse, Taleo, Workday, ISIMS (high volume) successfactors. Other technologies that are welcom: Jira, Confluence, Hubspot, Open Air, PowerBi
  • Reporting analytics – Executive reporting and Dashboards

Having overlap with your team is critical when working in a global remote team. Modus requires all team members to overlap with EST hours daily. In addition, reliable high speed internet is a must.
