As our Training & Adoption Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization through a significant digital and business transformation. You will be responsible for orchestrating training initiatives aligned with the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA ERP and the modernization of our edge systems.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs within complex organizational environments, preferably in digital transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of traditional training methodologies, adult learning principles, and change management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, engage diverse audiences, and tailor communication strategies to different stakeholders.
  • Experience with overlay tools such as Enable Now, WalkMe, or equivalent to enhance user experience and facilitate on-the-job training, guidance, and support.
  • Communication skills in English (written and spoken) with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus across functional teams.
  • Previous experience creating trainings for SAP or other ERPs would be a plus.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers, departments, and employees.
  • Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia visual aids.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtual, ensuring logistics and resources are in place.
  • Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in for training initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting training opportunities and initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Modify and improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Prepare and present reports on training and engagement metrics, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Explore and implement cutting-edge training methodologies and technologies, staying ahead of industry trends to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts as needed for specialized training programs or initiatives.
