French (and many EU) governments are just financing, in the wrong way, fake IA projects with no real plan nor intention of re-industrializing the country. Far from.. Most of the fake French start- up which raised huge public funds in the last 5 years, made bankruptcy. Last in time the company Yinsect , probably one of the most significant examples of corruption and incompetence, which obtained 600millions EUR in 2018/2019 from the BPI (French public bank of investment) , now in chapter eleven! Project which allowed to unlock 600milliions EUR driven from the insane idea that humanity must eat insects for saving the planet and live a better life. What a f...! Until dogmatic and fake environmental regulations and laws, mainly in Europe, will fight fake pollution (means: fake human pollution proportion impact on the planet ) and by consequence many manufacturing, value added, but "polluting" activities, the public funds (not a single private share) will be injected in fake companies, with no market background, with fake zero or neutral CO2 emissions, which will made bankruptcy after fee year , producing nothing , under different governments which will decline all responsibilities.
