Bien plus qu'un rendez vous annuel, cette semaine permet à nos collaborateurs et managers de prendre le temps de discuter de Prévention, renforçant ainsi notre engagement en faveur d’une culture de la sécurité et du bien-être dans toutes nos opérations. Tout au long de cette semaine, nos équipes participeront à des ateliers et discussions axés sur l’amélioration de nos pratiques et de notre sensibilisation à la sécurité. Les thèmes principaux cette année : la Fatigue, le Cadenassage, les Remontées d'Informations ainsi que la gestion Travailleurs/Engins. This week, we're getting together on site for #SafetyDays. Much more than an annual event, this week enables our employees and managers to take the time to discuss Prevention, reinforcing our commitment to a culture of safety and well-being in all our operations. Throughout the week, our teams will take part in workshops and discussions focused on improving our practices and safety awareness. Attended the NEBOSH webinar on road safety to commemorate World Day for Safety and Health at Work on April 28th. The webinar is a collaboration between RoSPA and NEBOSH, and features Dee Arp, NEBOSH's Chief Operating Officer, and Karen McDonnel, RoSPA's OSH Policy Advisor. The webinar will cover the following topics: * The importance of acknowledging that roads are a shared space * The interface between people driving and riding for work and vulnerable road users (walkers, cyclists, and horse riders) * What organizations can do to reduce the risk * The dangers of driving while tired and how to manage the risk * Conversations to have with drivers about sleep and fatigue. #nebosh #RoSPA

On Monday 13 January, we stopped work for a whole morning as everyone gathered at the Teatro Sociale in Rovigo to watch the show 'Ocjo, la sicurezza è di scena' ('Watch out! safety is on stage'). The show emphasised that health and safety at work are essential values and shared responsibilities. It showed how these principles go beyond mere regulations to include respect and protection for the individual. Through engaging storytelling, Sviluppo Formazione brought everyday workplace safety situations on stage, making often abstract concepts immediately relatable and tangible.
