The Molport platform offers access to over 15,000 BOC-protected amines, including several flexible linkers too. Among these, the rigid linkers are particularly attractive, as they can also serve as "shorter" linkers. These rigid diamines—found in spiro, bridged, and fused cyclic systems—present clear advantages in terms of entropic interactions with the corresponding biological binding sites, making them excellent tools for drug design and the exploration of new chemical space during scaffold decoration. A good example of a chemotype decoration via amines, it is a recent study (RSC Adv., 2024, 14, 28423-28454 - https://lnkd.in/es8-xZUV) by Davide Benedetto Tiz and his collaborators from three universities, where they developed a new series of N-phenylpyrrolamide bacterial DNA Gyrase inhibitors by optimizing two known inhibitors. One technique employed by the authors involved introducing BOC- protected damines onto ethyl 3-fluoro-4-nitrobenzoate precursor.

Recognizing the critical importance of Leukopak quality, we’ve focused on ensuring the highest viability of fresh Leukopaks and also demonstrating that our Cryo Leukopaks maintain exceptional quality after thawing. To showcase the shelf life of our cryopreserved Leukopaks, the CGT Global laboratory team has conducted a year-long stability study, confirming that the viability of these products remains well above 95% even after being stored for a minimum of 365 days. Impressive, yes, but why is this significant? Cryopreserving Leukopheresis material and primary cells eliminates logistical challenges, enhances the flexibility of experiment scheduling, reduces research and development costs, and facilitates access to samples from the same lot for future studies.
