4 moisI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the repair of my backpack, which I brought to your establishment on May 27 - 2024. To date, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of progress and communication regarding the status of my backpack. The backpack in question was brought to your store (UNICO Mall / Cali - Colombia) with the expectation that it would be repaired within a reasonable timeframe. However, several weeks have passed since then, and I have yet to receive any updates on the progress of the repair or be provided with an estimated delivery date. This lack of transparency and communication from your team is unacceptable. As a customer, I feel ignored and neglected. Furthermore, the prolonged wait without any satisfactory explanation is entirely unacceptable. I demand an immediate explanation for the reasons behind this delay and a clear timeline on when I can expect the repair of my backpack to be completed. Additionally, I expect you to take steps to improve communication with customers in situations like this and to prevent future inconveniences.
